People of the State of California v. George W. Hall

In the People of the State of California v. George W. Hall, the California Supreme Court rules that Chinese Americans and Chinese immigrants have no rights to testify against white Americans, even in murder crimes supplied with witnesses, as was the case in People v. Hall.  The ruling indirectly encourages white American hate crimes against Chinese Americans. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/People_v._Hall)
