(Egypt) Authored a text detailing anatomy that survived into Greek times

Egyptis credited for the first anatomical text.  This text is believed to have survived into the Greek times.  Unfortunately, not much is known about this period because not much survived and what little that did is written in early Egyptian and is difficult to decipher.
