I am going to give provide the events that shaped the Islamic culture during the 6th - 15th Century. These are the events that I found interesting, important, or featured a noteworthy person who observed the Islamic Religion. These are also events that had an effect on how others viewed Islam, and how Islam became a religion observed in different parts of the world. I chose to research Islam because I find the culture interesting, but most of all because I need to understand the mind frame of the Islamic religion and why they are able to be so severe in the beliefs and punishments of their followers.
